Learn What Really Happens In A Rape Investigation
In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, RAINN in conjunction with the Congressional Victim's Rights Caucus held a briefing titled "Anatomy of a Rape Case." The event highlighted the use of DNA in investigating rape cases, and included the following presenters:
- Jeffrey Sedgwick, Acting Assistant Attorney General at DOJ's Office of Justice Programs and the Director of the Bureau of Justice Statistics
- Amanda Sandberg, a college student and survivor of rape. Read her story.
